The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fairness and applicable international gaming standards. Where any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

Access to the l78 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. l78 enforces a strict 18+ policy on all accounts without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity — not as an agent, employee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not registered or attempting to register from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an l78 employee or contractor in a role that gives access to sensitive platform data.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the l78 platform and are not currently under an active exclusion period.
• You are of sound mind and are not registering or placing bets under the influence of substances that impair judgement.

l78 targets the Bangladesh market and is designed for players located in Bangladesh. By registering an account, you confirm that you are located in a jurisdiction where your use of the platform does not violate any applicable local law, regulation, or ordinance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of l78 is lawful in your location.

To use the real-money services on l78, you must register a single personal account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one l78 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, l78 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

KYC verification: l78 is required to verify the identity and age of players before processing any withdrawal request, and may at its discretion request KYC documents at any point after registration. Standard KYC documentation includes:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your registered address — dated within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, a screenshot or confirmation of ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account used to deposit funds.

Failure to submit satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period of request will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied to the account. l78 processes KYC submissions within 24–48 hours during standard operating hours. Players will be notified of the outcome by email or via their registered mobile number.

Account credentials: Your username and password are personal and must not be shared with any third party. l78 accepts no responsibility for losses that arise from unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to maintain credential security. Accurate information obligation: You are required to keep your account information accurate and up to date. If your contact details, address, or payment method change, you must update your account profile or notify support. l78 is not responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.

All financial transactions on l78 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l78 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 unless otherwise specified in an active promotional offer.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are credited to your l78 account balance in real time under standard conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect in your account balance due to inter-bank processing times.
• l78 does not charge deposit fees on standard payment methods. Your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are beyond l78's control.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no stated maximum single withdrawal; large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification checks.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (08:00–24:00 BST / UTC+6). Withdrawals requested outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.
• All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified l78 account. l78 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete on the requesting account. Accounts with incomplete verification will have withdrawals held until documentation is submitted and approved.
• l78 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.

Funds security: Player funds deposited to l78 are held separately from operational funds. l78 does not use player deposit funds for operational expenses. In the event of platform cessation, reasonable efforts will be made to return player balances via the original deposit method.

l78 offers sports betting, live casino games, slots, and table games. Specific game rules, payout structures, and RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available within each game's individual help section or on the relevant game tile in the lobby. The following general rules apply across all verticals:

Sports Betting:

• The minimum stake on standard sports markets is ৳100. Maximum stakes vary by market type and event and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds that apply to that wager.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. l78 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without prior notice.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral fixtures — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI as applicable).
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void after commencement, l78 will apply settlement rules consistent with standard international bookmaking practice for that sport. Stakes on void events are returned to the player's balance.
• l78 does not accept bets placed in error. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the player. If you believe a bet was placed due to a platform error, contact support within 24 hours of the event result.

Live Casino and Table Games:

• Live casino games are provided by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Game rules applicable to each live table are displayed within the game interface. By joining a live table, you accept the rules of that specific game variant.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, bets already placed and confirmed prior to disconnection will stand and be settled according to the game result. l78 is not responsible for losses incurred due to player-side connectivity issues.
• European Blackjack follows standard European Blackjack rules as defined within the game. The dealer does not check for blackjack before players complete their hands, and the dealer stands on soft 17.

Slots and Crash Games:

• All slot games use a certified random number generator (RNG). RTP figures are published on each game tile and represent the theoretical long-term return across millions of game rounds — not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
• Super Keno operates on a standard keno draw mechanism. Payouts are calculated based on the number of matches between your selected numbers and the drawn numbers, as per the paytable displayed within the game.
• Crash games including Aviator from Spribe use a provably fair algorithm. The multiplier at which the round crashes is determined before the round begins and cannot be influenced by player bets or platform intervention.

l78 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where it has credible evidence of system error, data feed failure, or manipulation by a third party. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's balance. Players will be notified of any such action by email.

l78 offers promotional bonuses to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for the matters they address.

• Wagering requirements: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus validity: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated free bets that remain unused or unsatisfied at the expiry date will be removed from the account without compensation.
• One bonus per player: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking. Players may not claim the same promotion more than once using different accounts or payment methods.
• Abuse prevention: l78 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds where there is credible evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or exploiting a promotional error.
• l78 discretion: l78 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited and in active use at the time of the change.

As a registered player on l78, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balance:

• Providing false information: Submitting inaccurate personal details during registration or KYC, including falsifying your name, age, address, or identity documents.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or play on l78 if you are under 18 years of age.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the l78 platform, whether under your own name or using false or third-party identities.
• Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets, interact with games, or perform actions on the platform in place of genuine human activity.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, dealers, or any l78 staff member to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Arbitrage and systematic exploitation: Engaging in any form of sports arbitrage, matched betting using l78 funds, or systematic exploitation of pricing errors with the intent to extract guaranteed profit from the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the l78 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. l78 cooperates with law enforcement authorities and will report suspicious transaction patterns.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider for funds that were legitimately deposited and used on the platform. l78 will pursue recovery of chargebacked funds and reserves the right to close affected accounts.
• Platform interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the l78 platform, its servers, its RNG systems, or the integrity of any live game.
• Third-party deposits: Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name.

l78 employs real-time risk monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where suspicious activity is identified, l78 may place a temporary hold on account withdrawals pending investigation. Players will be notified of any account restriction and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken, except where the safety of platform systems or other players requires immediate action.

l78 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Account inactivity — an account with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be designated as dormant. l78 will notify the registered email address before any dormant account action is taken.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in the account settings panel.
• Death of the account holder, upon formal notification and provision of supporting legal documentation by the account holder's estate.

Player-requested closure: You may close your l78 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to standard KYC and withdrawal conditions being met. Bonus fund balances are forfeited upon account closure unless they have already satisfied applicable wagering requirements.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, l78 strongly recommends using the self-exclusion tool rather than a standard closure request, as this carries additional safeguards against re-registration during the exclusion period. Effect of closure: Upon account closure — whether player-initiated or platform-initiated — all pending bets will be settled according to their normal settlement rules where the underlying event has not yet concluded. Winnings from bets placed legitimately prior to closure and settled after closure will be paid out in the ordinary course. Bets placed in breach of these Terms may be voided irrespective of settlement timing.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and l78 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and understandings whether oral or written. l78 operates the platform in good faith and expects the same from all registered players.
